There is no objective way to review a place like Yesterday's. There's probably no reason to visit it if you don't live in the neighborhood. It's a neighborhood bar with neighborhood people. I give it 4 stars because it's cheap and the patrons are friendly.
The majority of the people you'll find here know each other really well which means that if it's your first time here (or your second, or your third, etc, basically, if you aren't planning on making this your living room, kitchen, den and church) you will feel like an outsider. In some places that would be a negative, but at Yesterday's it makes you a celebrity - you're new! that's exciting! you will likely have a lot of fun and spend minimal amounts of money. You should know that they smoke inside. I know they have quizzo, bingo (spoiler: the prizes are condoms) and karoke, but it's been awhile, so I don't know their schedule anymore.
You won't be awed by the cleanliness of the bathrooms, nor will the food options blow you away, but there's something about this place...
