I dine frequently at YO Steakhouse and have never been disappointed. Everything from the food, decor, and hospitality is perfect. The Deep Ellum Pimento Cheese Fritters are a guilty pleasure of mine... SO. GOOD. I also love the Sirloin Caesar Salad when I'm trying to keep it light. The staff is so friendly and truly makes you feel right at home.

Coming from Chicago with a group of 23 students. I just walked in and asked if they could accommodate our group. staff was super friendly, welcoming, and worked fast to served our students.
food is AMAZING! and students are happy campers. I had the sautéed vegetables and portabela mushroom- loving it!

Great Steak and drinks! I went there back in January, and enjoyed a really juicy meatloaf along with Portobello Mushrooms and sauteed Spinach.My cousins who accompanied me ordered burgers and steak and savoured every last bite. Service was quick and staff were polite.

The only thing better than the service was the food. Marcos our server was both knowledgable and friendly and I sincerely enjoyed how he took care of my group. As for the food, we had everything from venison to boar and buffalo to quail; I'm still debating which was best. In short, don't deprive yourself of this fine establishment, especially if you enjoy game meats!

I hate places like these but my feiends wanted to try it on our vacation. Im not a food expert but I know when food is good or bad. They portion out very small almounts of food and make it look nice because they think its "fancy and exquisite" and it cost an arm and a leg. It was not good at all. Also for being a steak place id expect them to have great steak, nope. My 10oz sirloin was dry and extremely chewy and I had it cook to medium. I couldnt even finish more than half of my steak. I tried, I was really hungry but I had an extremely hard time chewing the thing. The steak tasted like it was frozen, before they cooked it and it had freezer burn, not acceptable for a 30 steak with 5 green beans and 3 carrot slices. The steak was not even seared welled. Just a small portion in the middle on one side. I was thrown back that they called themselves a steak house. Very disappointed and I do not recommend this high price place to anyone.
