05/04/2015 6:51 pmI've been to this place twice already. First time was great, now they have new people working there and well sadly I found a hair in my food, stuck in between my rice and chicken. It was completely disgusting. I know for a fact it was not my hair . I know for sure I won't go back there. Oh, and I called to tell them about my issue the girl didn't even bother apologizing or having the issue fixed. She just said thanks and then a bye. |

12/03/2013 4:55 amI ordered my chicken and beef bowl WELL DONE because I have experienced receiving semi cold food before, so the first thing I do is touch the chicken and its cold?? How is my food cold If I ordered my food WELL DONE I ask and receive a blank stare and no apology. As she takes back my food, me thinking i'm going to wait a couple of minutes not even a min later the server brings my food and notice its the same plate!!! All they did was place it in the microwave and flashed it? WTF if I wanted microwaved food I would have went to the frozen section!! I got my money back and went to Wing Stop. Never going back crappy customer service and poor cooking staff! |

05/23/2012 8:36 pmi haven't been to Yogis in a very long time and my first time back was this: lunch special chicken bowl, reasonably priced.. i'll take that.. i get it within a few minutes, seems ok about my 3rd bite in i get the giblet part of the chicken that didnt get cut off. fine.. im hungry so i grab that out of my mouth leave it on my napkin. and continue..within 2 more bites i get it again...PH%&K!! once again remove this. i look at my bowl which is still mostly full and for some reason decide to continue, the very next bite again, same thing..im done, i push this thing away. sitting there checking my phone whatever, the kid walks over and asks is everything ok? i tell him my experience and point to my napkin pile and he says "yea sorry about that" and walks away... NEVER AGAIN |
