Really amazing yogurt place. Their fat-free version of yogurt is actually really delicious. The cheesecake, batter cake and pomegranite are my favorite. You choose the amount and kind of yogurt (you can even try a spoonful of every kind in one cup) and the toppings (I usually load up on fresh strawberries and oreo crumbs) and weight it. Grab a seat outside if you can, there are very few of them but it's always nice to watch the St. Mark's busy street while eating fro-yo.

At 39 cents per ounce, this place sells frozen yogurt at a reasonable rate. They also serve a great variety of topping options, featuring different crumbled candy bar ingredients (among others). Serve yourself any amount of different yogurt flavors, and top yourself off at the topping station. Grab a street side table and enjoy your creation. Both the fro yo and toppings were delicious.

You'd think with all the Frogurt places opening up in and around St. Mark's, that the neighborhood would gain some sort of stupid nickname. Thankfully it hasn't happened as far as I know, but the more places that enter the marketplace might have us reach the tipping point.

Anyway, Yogurt Station is the new kid on the block. It's self-serve, and they do thirty five cents per ounce. If you're like me and have a hard time visualizing how much an ounce is, this is how it worked for me... I got a cup that would probably be labeled as a "large" by most places. I filled it half way up with one of their dozen flavors, and then threw on strawberries and pineapple until I couldn't see the yogurt in the bottom. That came to three bucks and change. Pretty decent deal.

Their timing is good, in that the summer is upon us, and the demand is high. But we'll see which places are left come winter.

The idea of the self-serving is great! Compete freedom, and for really good price! I like that most of the yoghurts are non/low-fat, makes you feel less guilty when filling up the huge cups :)

Although the clerk is moody and a little less than social, the self-serving is great. Because the yogurt is so rich, I wish more flavors were available. Pricing is by ounces, so be weary of your servings and unlimited toppings. For a full-passed-the-brim cup with 6 toppings, I paid under 7 bucks, and was unable to finish the yogurt from being so full. Great place.
