I always enjoy the food here and the service is always great. I have been eating here for 3 years and never had a reason to complain.

Update May 2012: They've closed the hibachi grill, moved the ice cream into where the grill used to be, seems like the quality isn't there. The sushi is not as good either. Dropped from 4 to 3 stars because of the change from hibachi grill.
Rated in December 2011:Food was good - not amazing, but consistently good. The Hibachi grill was excellent, not enough choices in veggies (miss my pea pods and water chestnuts) but 5 tasty choices in sauces to cook with, and the server was fast, polite, and suggested sauces to go with the meats I had selected.
The stuff on the buffet was tasty, and looked, felt, and tasted fresh when I ate it. There was a good variety. A good selection of excellent ice creams - unlabelled but most you could figure out.
Atmosphere was quiet and subdued, but not oppressive. Pleasant for a working lunch conversation. Outside is rough - grounds not maintained, parking lot not painted well.
Service was excellent - no ones drink was ever empty, when you had finished your plate, the empty plate was gone quickly. Value for the food that was there was quite good - $7.50 no drink, $8.75 with drink - both after tax.
I peeked into the kitchen to check out Unknown's Jul 1 comment: Kitchen was clean, if not well lit. People were dressed appropriately and washed hands.

We went in to eat lunch on 11/14. When we went in the lady at the front was on the phone. She motioned for us to wait. We waited and waited. My friend and I decided to converse while we stood there waiting. 2 men then arrived into the restaurant. A few minutes later a male seater came and began to seat the men that had just arrived. My friend then said I m sorry we were here first. The seater then said well you were talking so you need to wait now until I seat these guys.
The lady up front that was still on the phone said nothing she just looked on.
The seater left with the men so we decided they did not desire our business, so we left to spend our money somewhere else. We will continue to share this crappy service to everyone we know so they will not frequent this business. They are rude and do not care about the American patron. Do not eat here!!! It will just validate their rudeness and inability to provide great customer service as we demand here in America!!!!!

White rice was dry, I could tell just by looking at it. The fried rice was semi-dry and wasn't that good. I tried the mushroom and chicken, spicy chicken and General Tso's chicken. All of them were covered in grease. You could tell the flavor and spices were wanting to come out but couldn't because of the grease.

They did have small selection Sushi which was surprising and it wasn't your ordanary buffet California rolls. They had some that were made with real fish. Not a big selection but what they did have was good.

I wish Royal China would open back up on Atlantic & Millbrook. They had an awesome selection of Sushi on the buffet. Anyone know what happened to Hat Van Tran (The former manager of Royal China) ?
