My family and I are here from Buffalo, NY for the Cleveland Clinic. We are polite and tip well and are always looking for delicious and moderately priced places to eat. We thought this would be a good choice for the whole family but, we were wrong. The servers and MANAGER were impolite and the service was terrible overall. My grandfather was dissatisfied with his meal and politely asked our waitress what could be done and she said "sorry" and walked away. We waited over 30 minutes for our meals and watched several tables eat first that had arrived after us. The food wasn't awful, once I was finally given silverware, sauce and everything I needed. But I would not visit this place unless you needed to as a last resort!!!

Watch out for the MEAN MANAGER Christopher! When we saw the size of our baby coffee cup for takeout for our lemonade we asked for a refund. We didn't know there weren't any refunds or how small the cup was. He didn't try to accommodate us at all he simply said oh there's no refunds! No gift card, no extra lemonade, just very matter a fact for a swallow of lemonade that costs 2.75. If there is a customer that is not satisfied, usually especially with food there is some type of accommodation, its JUST FOOD! Very bad customer service. Expensive and long wait. Don't do it.
