Yummy Buffet, San Diego, California Restaurant Details

Food:

I went with my family of 8 yesterday... 3 adults and 5 kids... one of the waiters came to our table to get our drinks and we ordered all 5 kids sprite since all they had was coke and sprit and the sprit had no bubbles and so we asked the waiter if they could get them something else he looked like he didn't understand us by the way his English wasn't to good to begin with so he got them a coke the food was good but came time for dessert all they had was icecream sprincals and hard cookies.... The waiter took a long time to come get the plates from our table and like a said there was 8 of us so it would pile up quick... So come time to pay our waiter had the caurage to TELL us that we had to leave a tip but the smallest bill I had was a 10$ and with the bad service I don't think a tip was earned... So we walked out the front door (remember we did pay for our meal we just didn't leave a tip) the man follows us outside and he's still insisting we give him a tip we told him no and he told us not to ever go back.... I thought a tip was for when people get good service... And I also didn't know that for not leaving a tip we can Get banned... The workers there are really rude they would get into a little group and speak a different language and I took that as disrespectful and not professional at all.... Anyway over all the food is good but the workers are ass holes!!

Great place, service is decent and the food is good, recommend the coffee cake is delicious

We went there for dinner around 6 they did not have any of the prime rib that is offered for dinner. I asked if there would be more brought out I was responded with a rude"No all out" by an employee that was putting out salmon. We found some of the hot tables empty and had to settle for what was available, although it did taste good. The server was very attentive and on the ball.

Food:

This buffet had so much delicious food to choose from, when it came to desserts though... they looked store bought and not so appetizing. Other then that they have fresh food, decent sushi, and I am in love with their BEEF ribs (for someone that doesn't eat pork)!
When it came to drinks it was just a bit awkward because they waitress would take a long time to even come and ask if we needed a refill, and well the fact that THEY had to bring it, you know being a buffet and all was just different. I would probably go back again soon, but I do wish the drink and desserts situation would change.

Best Asian buffet I have been to. Food was diverse, clean and orderly. Service was quick and helpful.
