Great food, though the servive can be slow. I suggest calling ahead if you are short on time. Awesome atmosphere.

Yvette Marie's cafe is so wonderful! My husband and I fell in love with Circa 1857 and even more in love with Yvette Marie's. We had eaten there a handful of times before we decided to use them for our rehearsal dinner and to use Bonanno's Fine Catering for our wedding. BEST DECISION EVER! Ellen was so wonderful and worked so well with us. We didn't want traditional wedding food for the rehearsal or the wedding night, and she and the chef worked diligently with my husband and I catering to our needs and wants for the menu. Ellen helped us create a really authentic rehearsal menu of entrées like chicken and waffles, pulled pork sliders, a mac and cheese bar, and a delicious sensation salad. She even helped my groom pick out a perfect beer to match our menu. Everything was delicious and beautiful. We had the rehearsal dinner in the courtyard at Yvette Marie's and it was PERFECT. The setting was beautiful and romantic. For the wedding, Ellen and the Bonanno's staff did wonderful work. They crafted a menu of passed foods like fish and chips, fried pickles, and potato croquettes. For entrees we had a few favorite salads, fresh grilled vegetables, and a chef grilling steak, chicken, and veggie kabobs in front of the guests. The food was delicious, the staff was wonderful, and Ellen was beyond fabulous!

The food is very good. HOWEVER, they are slow and the prices are high for such a casual lunch. The atmosphere is wonderful, though. It is a great spot to have a long lunch with a friend, listen to the old man sing in French, and view the art, salvage, and stores in the Circa complex.
