09/26/2015 2:08 pmVisiting from Texas. Tried it on a whim because we were at the mall. Was busy, but no wait. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was unique and very good. Drinks were pretty good, actually had some alcohol and we're reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend it. |

12/28/2014 7:18 amI am a Long time Patron of Tejas and used to refer the food and drinks to all my friends, I feel like a fool now after my last 2 experiences. It seems that they changed Managers in the Evenings at the Fashion Square location and the place has gone down hill. We used to share conversation with the old manager and feel that our last 2 experiences border on being so bad someone may need to call department of health. Every item of our order was messed up by the server and then the night manager came and in a rude way told me it was my fault. The Margarita I used to love was watered down, thinking I ordered the wrong one I tried again only to find out the drink was horrible. After getting the wrong kind of beef on our main course we decided to cut our losses and never go again. We made this decision too late as my wife spent the night throwing up from the mystery meat that was undercooked. I highly advise you to think twice of going for the first time and if you are going back to revisit a memory of times past, leave that memory in the past because you will never find it at the new Tejas under this Management. After all our problems w/ the last 2 trips we were not even granted a credit to our bill without being berated by the Manager. |
