This establishment needs to hire more people. As busy as it is for take out, they need to have a system that works. I can see why customers leave cussing the employees. Horrible experience, I will not be returning.

Zacatacos are known for their delicious steak tacos. Char broiled and seasoned to a lemony perfection.
This location has good steak tacos. That's it for the positive.
Very poor service. As for my personal experiences here.
They add a gratuity on a table of 5+.
I have two small children and always get a gratuity.
Orders consistently wrong.
The lettuce has a very unpleasant taste to it. Pre shredded bag taste. Always taste like it's on the brink of expiration. Ruins the whole dish.

The Steak & Chicken Prepared Here With Various Combos And Dishes Definitely Set Them Far Ahead Of Other "Authentic" Claiming Counterparts. From The Salsa's To The Entrees I'm Positive You will Be Pleased.

too bad there is no zero star, i put an order for pick up and like everytime, they make everything wrong, i asked for some tacos, one taco de papa, yeah only one and they fucked it up, i asked only sour cream lettuce and cheese NO TOMATO so like always they put extra tomato no sour cream and also i asked for only green salsa but the girl at the register was with bad attitude maybe cause they are busy and they goof around instead of putting attention to the job, it used to be good, no more, cooks are fooling and talking about the weekend instead of focusing and i do not know why the owner put herminia as a manager, she barely speak english and doesn't take care of customers owner pay attention to the reviews, i guess all they want is the money and no shit about service, is the same thing pick up and dinning in, get good workers and a good manager, not coming back until improves service....bye zacatacos...

When they are busy their service really suffers. The food was not warm enough when it got to my table. The Torta bread was burnt. I didn't get tostada chips even tho I asked for them like 3 times. They ran out of Menudo. I really like this place but they got to get it together. Sundays are packed!. The tacos and salsa are great!
