Unfortunately the cashier didn't speak English or didn't catch up when asked what goes inside the pita.They only allow to stuff tomatoes slices on the chicken shawarma? Really? Mediterranean wannabe fast food!
For whom get satisfied from poor food options this is the best place.

Never mind the fact that I Called in a huge catering order 3 days ahead, put my name and company name down on the order just to make sure, and paid in advance, and specifically told them order has to be picked up at noon, had the cashier put down 11am just to make sure to get them on time.

No food ready for hour and a half!, Lie through their teeth and said the order was sitting there and waiting, the person has given a wrong name. business meeting schedule was not even a concern for this woman. while our assistants are standing there watching them with no catering food put together.

The worst of all?
it was the manager who took my call and actually said "what, so you want your food ? or you want money back." no apology.

I don't care how great their chicken is. It was one of the worst customer service I have ever gotten. and this was from a manager of the store.

Take out middle eastern chicken kings of LA. Very quick service, quick order turn around, and great food. Chicken is moist, tender, and has legit flavor. Sides are great, especially the garlic sauce. That stuff is magic. Tabouleh ain't bad either.

Parking at this location is never good, but a block south on Sepulveda usually has a space. They also have pickup if you call ahead, and that spot turns over pretty quickly.

Devotees "dream about" the "juicy, flavorful" rotisserie chicken at this "popular" Mediterranean fast-food chain cherished for its "glorious", "kick-ass" "garlic sauce of the gods" that will make you want to "buy a tub, take it home and put it on everything you eat for the next week"; "morose" service plus "over-bright fluorescent lighting" add up to "zero atmosphere, but who cares when the food rocks?"
