This is a great spot for breakfast and a coffee/tea. The chai tea lattes are amazing!

A tad bit over priced, service is a little above average, but for what you pay? Spend those couple extra dollars and try Extraordinary Deserts...

Cute sidewalk seating...might be a bit overpriced for what you get. Delightful atmosphere though!

This coffee shop is great to relax outside and read a book at, or get some work done on the Blackberry, or just watch the people walk passed you. Great drinks and snacks, I highly recommend this place for locals and visitors.

on a short trip to san diego, my girlfriend and i were fortunate enough to stay two blocks from zanzibar. we ended up eating there three days in a row! the food is incredible! my favorite dish was the health nut omelette! the atmosphere and service was also great! if you are in the area, definitely check it out!
