1:10 April 11, 2012 driver in Zappy van driving out of La Jolla and turned left onto Regents road:
1. was on his phone
2. was also eating a piece of fruit
3. HAD NO BRAKE lights
4. was not paying attention
5. when I called to let the store know, I was told there was no manager due in until tomorrow and when I explained why I was calling the idiot hung up on me.
