The bagels we got were both stale and dry. The cream cheese was just okay.

Excellent products....The blueberry bagel is very tasty. The lady next to us complimented about the french toast bagel.

Only thing I get here are the flagels, toasted with vegetable cream cheese. Everyone who loves exploring the diversity of bagels should give it a whirl! Very cheap for Manhattan and definitely worth it!

All I want is a cup of coffee!!

Come off the train 7:45 and there is a crazy line. It should not take 10 min to get a cup of coffee.

The workflow is broken.

That said, the bakery goods are excellent!

Great NY style bakery, ,bagels, fresh sandwiches and more. Good for train ride.
