Very unsatisfied with the customer service I've received on this evening. The cashier that took my order by phone act as such; as if she didn't want to work. Was unorganized over the phone. To get in person, leaning on the register. "If there's time to hang around you are not working" Then after my order was finally put in the girl gave me my food to tell me hold on to ring someone else up. I ask for the supervisor/manager - Jaleesa, while waiting another employee asks the other "you good" she (the girl that took my order by phone ) replies "yea I'm good" Jaleesa comes out to talk to me and in the middle of my complaint she rudely interrupts me by trying to justifying the situation. I told her please don't interrupt me while in the middle of my complaint because it was rude ( you also miss important information). She offers to give me some type of card, didn't get. The whole point of the complaint was for POOR customer service

By far and away my favorite friend chicken place when I want to enjoy the taste. Some people love ChickFilA but I think Zaxbys is even better. I used to enjoy their sweet tea but now that I am going without caffeine and carbonation I just get the water. I would suggest the Big Zax Snack meal. If you are looking for wings the honey bbq flavor is amazing. This location is right beside the NC State campus so if you are ever at NCSU for a sporting event hop on over to Zaxbys.

Great food! Can't believe I haven't been here in so long. Forgot how hot the wings are though. The workers were very pleasant as well.

Ordered Zaxby's for the first time today at the N. Harrison Ave. Cary, NC 27513. I had the chicken salad sandwich. It looked as though they took a teaspoon of chicken salad, threw it in the middle of the bread and smashed it together. There was more bread then chicken salad. For 6$ you should get more. The tea is good. I am disappointed.
