Zaxby's, Charlotte, North Carolina Restaurant Details

Food:

I love Zaxby's but this location's atmosphere sucks. The demographic make-up calls for loud enough to hear across the parking lot conversations indoors, judgment filled stares, slightly careless employees and slowly made orders. The food is still consistent and fine, which, if you're going through the drive-thru you can avoid most of my negative points. So don't totally scratch this off of your list as an option based on my opinion.

Found hair in all three of our meals and the manager was extremely rude.

Noise level too high! I'd like to share what I think would be an excellent way to improve customer service! Why not put up a number board that could be seen by all customers to alleviate the policy of having annoying yelling of order numbers during the entire course of our dining experience?
