Zaxby's, Jacksonville, Florida Restaurant Details

Very bad, I stopped going because they were flat out rude to me after getting my order wrong. Wasted a huge amount of time, even the manager began arguing.
They don't care, they don't deserve your business, you don't deserve the hassle.

Every time I go to Zaxby's on San Pablo they can never get your order right! Either they forget to give you things or that they over charge you! I called to get an explanation and got nothing in return, how can you order a meal and they charge you for everything separate! They lost a good customer I will NOT refer anyone to that location again!

Incredibly small chicken fingers, bread was stale, and fries were so soggy that I ended up throwing them away. Also asked for extra sauce, which was not included. At least the sweet tea was good... Will not be returning!
