Love Zaxbys chicken plate. The chicken is always perfectly fried. This place is right in the middle of lots of fast food places that are quick to get to from downtown Montgomery. Always reliable food and quicker than CFA

great food, awesome service with a smile. Clean location. Can be busy at dinner time, since everybody in AL loves Zaxbys.

Placed my order, got to the window and the young lady read it back to me, but she left off the two brownies, so of course I mentioned she forgot to add the brownies, she rudely cut me off and told me I couldn't add anything at the window, when I actually ordered it to begin with... she just forgot to add it. Rude, horrible customer service. First experience and will be my last.
