Zaxby's, Orlando, Florida Restaurant Details

Great experience! Staff was friendly and they picked out my meal. I had the wings and things with Hot honey mustard. Fries were excellent. Food is addictive...:.they would make killing in Philly.

My family and I traveled far from Texas and heard alot about your restaurant. I chose to bring my family to try it out and didn't know you closed at 10 but walked in at 9:45. When we planned on eating the girl on the register "Onika" said in a ghetto fashion demeanor , "WE BOUT TO CLOSE IF YOURE TRYING TO DINE IN" but placed an order and she was wondering why we got no drinks, we told her cause we're getting kicked out and can't eat here. At the end of the day it's all about numbers when it boils down to business. I used to manage Red Lobster and Golden Corral in numerous states for corporate offices and know even if a customer makes it in before we close we have to wait until they leave. Merely in my opinion your staff may have had a long day and may be impatient on leaving but in my eyes, this experience in your fine establishment was unprofessional. Before today I've seen your restaurant in numerous cities I've traveled to in the last month but never stopped because from the looks of it, I thought it was a fancy sit down place that I would never have time to stop at because I'm always working on the run. The moment I'm convinced to try it out was the moment I was convinced otherwise. This review is based on the service alone but have negative thoughts in my mind while I try your food for the first time.

Didn't dine in, bought some food to go. OMG the chicken wings were so good. I was literally going in on my Bar-BQ 20 piece. This is the best fast food chicken I've had thus far. Oh, and clean restaurant by the way. I will be back, probably tomorrow!

Never been to a Zaxbys but this location was clean and modern bathroom. Great to stop in for fast for along your travels.

The food is ok, just don't ask for any Sauce after you place your order. After walking to the counter and asking for some Zaxby's Sauce I was loudly informed that I needed to trade in another sauce to get one. Say what? I didn't have a sauce to trade so I was informed I could buy one for 25c., again loudly. Seriously? The exchange with the employee was irksome and awkward enough that I'll never set foot in there again. Has the price of mayonnaise and ketchup skyrocketed to the point where you need to make customers feel bad for asking for a tiny cup of sauce?
