Zaxby's, Tampa, Florida Restaurant Details

I would give this place negative stars if I could. They never get your order correct. Horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru today and they rang my order in correctly but I got the wrong order. AGAIN. I go inside and tell a manager that they can give me a fresh, new sandwich and a refund because everytime I order there they never get it right. So, after she and her brainiac staff argued with me about their mistake she refunded me for my sandwich only and not the iced tea, which by the way had one ice cube in it, and then as I was waiting for my new order she asked me "Are you waiting for something?" YES!! My new sandwich! " Well we already gave you your (partial) money back." **Facepalm** YOU NEED TO CORRECT THE ORDER! Never. Again. They just don't get it. The entire staff there is in need of major training. I called corporate on them this time, but I doubt that anything will change. Will never, ever go back. Save me the calories.

Food was amazing it was just awful customer service. No on smiled or wanted to be there the managers looked ran down and tired. My food took 30+ mins. This was the worst experience ever. I should have ordered it from drive through.

We never heard of Zaxby's before but were driving from VA to FL and wanted some southern fried chicken, some "real chicken". Turns out Zaxby's is neither. We settled on some wings "Wimpy" strength in their description. It was the foulest burn-your-mouth chicken we've ever tasted.

Food:

This place would be great if it were consistent, I always get the chicken finger plate, they always ask if I want the coleslaw or more fries. there times when fries were like boiled not fried or seasoned.

It can be so good when done right.

They're very slow whether you walk in or drive thru.
The drive thru is never lit up, its like they don't want to let you know they're open
