Ordered a perch dinner and it was overcooked. I tossed it in the garage. Ordered ribs the worse ribs ever. They didn't taste like ribs at all.The bones were black and they didn't taste like barbecue. Used to have the best. Not ordering from them anymore. I give them a 1 star

I have been a customer for over 5+ years. Recently they delivered my order half hot and half cold. When I called to complain the cashier asked me how can your order be half hot and half cold as if I was lying. She was rude and disrespectful.

I was a faithful customer until this evening. My recent orders are delivered and my food is cold. This evening (Thursday, February 11, 2016) I ordered a Chicken Shishkebob Dinner, total cost plus delivery $13.75. The cooks decided to give me scraps of chicken breast. I called AGAIN to discuss my concerns and yes I was swearing. The order taker asked why I was swearing, I told her why and I apologized, and twice I asked to speak with the manager and of course she placed me on hold and never returned. No problem, PS is open for business.

Food:

Don't understand this place- it's a greasy spoon but the prices are pretty similar to sit down resturants. Food is hit or miss, I would say you pay for what you get but honestly you can get a lot more for the same price nearby.

Everytime I have been there the people have been ppretty nice, and the place is never very dirt.

I eat here everytime I'm in Mikwakee. Fried chicken bucket for delivery is amazing. Baklava is great. Fast service and friendly staff. It's so choice.
