NEVER DELIVERED. I can actually see the restaurant from my window and am 1 block away. After 1 hour, I called, was repeatedly put on hold from the rudest person I have ever spoken to before he finally said "they're on their way". I then decided to cancel my order due to this man who should be fired.

There's a reason why Zen Palate restaurants have been dropping like flies all over this city. And it's due to pathetically poor management. My mission now is to make sure this last remnant of this former restaurant chain falls the same fate. I will make sure everyone knows how they treat customers and will spread the word on every site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

You can't fail. Always good.

HOWEVER -- please, please, please....... Please. PLEASE! (You guys.... PLEASE.)

PLEASE update your menu to clearly indicate which items are NOT vegan!! There is no way to know from looking at the menu, and at other locations, the staff has steered me toward non-vegan items containing dairy.

Please!

A simple asterisk(*) next to items that aren't vegan would be extremely helpful to your target clientele!

So... I *WANTED* to give this place more stars because the food here is freaking amazing BUT the server made short work of that!

The meal started great, place was completely empty. We ordered the curry cauliflower which she (server) said was spicy and the "ET" (eggplant and tofu) in black bean sauce.

The curry was not spicy, at all. No spice whatsoever, though it was good - spiciness was the reason we ordered it. The ET was actually amazing and worthy of five stars by itself.

I ordered a drink at about 840pm - the ginger martini. 9pm congress by and I Sr the waitress cleaning tables and thr bartender on his cell phone - I ask the waitress if it was still being made and got a very unapologetic "yes." Stone walled, I waited anther 8 minutes to get it without apology, discount or explanation.

No thanks, I will not return.

I love the food however they have become a litttle too pricey for what it is!

Terrible setvice and rude staff. They managed to get the same take out order wrong, TWICE!! That is after I bitterly complained about the last time they got it wrong. It appears that they don't care and the waiter would not even apologize for wasting my time. I will never go to this restaurant again and from the looks of it, no one else does either.
