When I was in Seattle, my brother and I was craving a burger. We tried to find some of the real popular ones, but they were either out of the area or closed. We stumbled on to Zesto's Burger & Fish House. I saw on the chalk board menu that they had a Kobe Burger. I don't know if they actually use Kobe Beef, but this thing was out of this world. The patty was cooked perfectly with charred crusting on the outside, but soft and juicy on the inside. They served it with lettuce, onions, cheese, and Zesto sauce which is some concoction of mayo, relish, and some seasoning... excellent.

eh, probably cool for the high school kids, but the hamburgers just aren't very good. Milkshakes are good.

Used to be great, now the service is mediocre at best, the food is overpriced and the quality of the food is typically disappointing.
