Food:

Didn't get what I was trying to order. Wanted a Zip Trip but they don't have that anymore. Ended up getting a pasta sampler. Still pretty good but too much food for lunch portion.

Food:

Generic bad chain Italian. Tried too hard to be authentic and comes off cheesy. Food was just not great. There are other better Italian restaurants in the area.

Service was good,came here with my wife for our 2 year anniversary,good atmosphere the appetizer was delicious. But the order of manicotti and even calzone were a disappointment, do not order none of the above. The ship I work at makes better manicotti and it's a naval ship.

Great food every time I come here the sauces are perfect and creamy on the pastas and Alfredo wine is good great just great excellent service I highly recommend it if you love pasta and italiwn

We had the WORST customer service at this Zio's. First we were over charged for two items and undercharged for the other two, when all of those orders should have been the same price, and then we ordered something from the kids menu that was suppose to be 1.99 wednesday kid special. The man that took the order and payments charged $5 and change for the kid item and the person who picked up the food asked "is this the kids? and its $5?" and he said yes. The person who bought the kid item then called up to Zios and ask how much the kids special was and they said 1.99 and she then told them that she was over charged and would like to either get a refund or SOMETHING done and was very kind the entire time on the phone. They got her to a "manager" who was the same guy that placed the order and took the payment and he said there isn't lasagna on the kids.... yes there is it was on the website lasagna for 1.99 and chicken strips for $1 more. He then used the excuse of you have to buy it along with an adult item.... we ordered FOUR adult items that he charged wrong... Then he says well a kid has to order it.... Oh okay I will send my 4 year old child to come order and pay for this SERIOUSLY!? that does not make sense, an adult needs to buy it for the child.... he went on and on with excuses and then said regardless I can't go back in my system and do anything..... we then said, because YOU rung us up wrong, you're are not going to do anything... and then he hung up on us. We are NEVER ordering from that Zio's ever again. If you go here, make sure and pay close attention to what you are being charged. Unfortunatley the person who went to pick it up wasn't sure how much each meal was suppose to be but she even asked the guy why things were ringing up the way they did and he said the coupon that we used rung it up that way.... he obviously doesn't know wth he is doing and has no business being a manager if he even is one.
