05/08/2015 1:15 amMavens say "some of the best" Ethiopian food in the city is served at this "upscale" Harlem contender offering "delicious", "authentic" stews eaten with injera bread; "modern" decor and "friendly" service enhance the experience, as do the affordable checks. |

04/16/2015 1:15 amDelicious trAditional Ethiopian food served in an upscale setting. Every Time I come here the place is packed, which states to me that the food is good...and it sure is! The Tibbs Watt is my favorite. They also have specialty drinks as well as a full bar. |

08/12/2014 12:56 pmMy experience at Zoma was incredibly pleasant. The colorful tones of the restaurant create a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere to focus on the cuisine. It was like a vacation in which I experienced the best of another culture. I enjoyed the lamb while my wife went with the chicken. Best of all me and my wife reconnected. It helped make the evening a memorable ome. I give this restaurant All Star Status *****. |

07/10/2014 1:14 pmI visited Zoma with my mother for an early dinner, having booked a table through groupon Reserve. When I arrived and informed our waitress about the group on booking she didn't know about the group on reserve discount, so either group on or the management has not informed their listed restaurants about the offer running. |

01/16/2014 2:37 pmPleasantly surprised-small menu but extremely tasty. I had never tasted Ethiopian before (it strikes me as Indian meets Mediterranean) and this place is absolutely the best to try it. The sambusas with lentils reminded me of samosas and they were quintessentially spiced but not spicy. We had the zoma tibs, which is a filet mignon that is served that that magical spongy sourdough style pita ish bread that is unique to the country and it was delicious. And remember, you eat with your hands! |
