I dined that this upscale hole in the wall on December 14, 2014 and had the most negative dining experience. While the place was clean and had an open feel, the food was either tasteless, overly salty, or bland, depending on the item. The variety ends there because the food options were limited. I tried to eat the stir-fry that was drowning in sauce. I spent more that $30.00 on this dining fiasco/nightmare. I brought my concerns to the staff and they did not seem to care. This is not the Zoopa of the past. It is a sad commentary to the decline of a once fine dining establishment. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I can assure you that I will not be dining there again and will encourage my friends to do likewise. I've rated the experience a 1. Unfortunately, the scale does not allow for a lower rating.

I eat here for lunch a couple times a month, as I work close by. The food is usually really good. I agree that they could work on labeling. From time to time, things do sit out a bit too long, but the selection is so large that I can always find more than enough to eat. I love that it is organic.

This is a terrific buffet type restaurant that incorporates a vast number of organic salad fixings as well as pasta with home made sauces, pizza, rolls, soups and delicious desserts. The service is great and there's tons of seating space. If I notice something amiss like wilted lettuce or limp pizza...I just let them know and it gets fixed....in a jiffy. Kudos to Zoopa Organic for a buffet and a job well done.

Horrible experience. Was served Bacon in a soup clearly marked as "Vegan". Complained to the Manager and first thing he does is deftly removes the Vegan card, and declares that it was a "mistake". I stopped going to this restaurant.
If you are a vegan or vegetarian you are better of skipping this one!

Good food. I was upset when they closed, but they reopened a couple months ago. A man named Jeff let me try a few dishes that he was making that were delicious. my favorite was his shrimp cooked in Mongolian sauce. Staff was very kind. The only downside was that some of the pasta was really under cooked or kind of stale, but everything else was great. One of my favorite food places and only the third place I have left a review for. :-}
