Food:

Had my daughter's graduation supper there the other night. It was an incredible dining experience. The only thing I didn't like was the dessert of homemade marshmallow, coated in chocolate and rolled in cashews. It lacked flavor. But the appetizer of kangaroo tartar topped with a fried quail egg with foie gras on toast was a touch of culinary heaven. The mussels were excellent too. The service was first rate, attention to detail, attention to needs, hardly seen anymore in restaurants. I give them 5 stars and I've only ever given 5 stars twice before in my 40 years of searching for culinary excellence.

Food:

I've been there several times with friends and we've always had excellent service and wonderful food. We've tried to sample something new on the menu each time we go, the mussels are wonderful and not overcooked (our favorite is the Irish w/Guinness), the garlic frietes are sooooo yummy and the filet mignon was the best we've ever had (perfectly cooked). Our favorite appetizer is the antwerpen cheese croquettes - fabulous!...and almost a dessert (we got another order they were so good). Extensive beer list...wow!...hard to choose sometimes. You'll see us there at least once a month!
