Zuperpollo makes you feel right at home. Jorge, the owner and a native of Uruguay, has dedicated many years perfecting each dish. He is also such a wonderful and charming man, admirable and talented- and he is also very well known in Miami to the Latin community.
A restaurant doesn't last for 25 years without having quality service and food. Everyone is treated like family there, and the servers know most of the patrons by name because there are SO MANY regulars! Not only have I been eating food from here since it has opened, but all my friends go there too. We have celebrated New Years and birthdays, and no matter how packed it is, the food is still the same delicious, mouth watering food I have been eating for years!! mmm.... !! I have literally gotten phone calls from my friends saying that they cant stop thinking about the steak or the mashed potatoes... or the empanadas. Every restaurant can fluctuate from time to time, maybe while training a new chef or depending on a food delivery from that day, etc... but Zuperpollo has had dependable food, all the time!

PS: The Churrasco is REALLY the best!! YUMM!!

Not only was the food disgusting, but the service beyond gross!!!!! Times are definitely tough and we could tell by the quality of their food and the fact that they didn't even want to replace our meal or refund our money. The owner, Jorge, and his step son were both disgusting at treating their clientele and not only were they not hospitable but not even professional. The client is always RIGHT!! The meat was dry, you couldn't even cut through it and full of fat and the chicken was all bones!! The most horrible experience of my life and then these people were disgusting at treating their clients. I live in around the corner and now I know why I never go there. Who ever goes there will get sick to their stomach!!!!! After this experience, I am going to the health department and reporting these animals. I couldn't even dare to bring this food and feed it to my animals as they would of been extremely ill.

the rolled and stuffed steak is the only thing to order.
