Pretty much hard to beat for go to ramen. Don't overlook their chicken basil ramen though.

Nothing jumped out. The ramen is ok. Noodle are mush and the broth is missing umami depth. Certainly better ramen is to be had in Brooklyn. I've tried nearly every ramen shop of note in NYC and many in Japan.

Pricey but so worth it! Excellent noodles - just the right chewy texture and holds flavor of broth well. The broth is terrific.. flavorful, rich, but not too salty (as bad ramen tends to be).

"First-rate" Japanese noodles will make you forget the "ramen of your college-dorm days" at this "local favorite" on the Park Slope–Gowanus border; it's an "affordable", "friendly" standby that just might have you "watching Tampopo again."
